3.3 Driver Installation (Optional)
For full customization of the 5 programmable buttons, DPI settings, polling rate, LOD, and macros, download and install the official ATTACK SHARK X3PRO driver software from the manufacturer's website. The 8K wired and 4K wireless modes are plug-and-play for basic functionality.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 DPI Adjustment
The mouse features 6 adjustable DPI levels. Press the DPI button on the bottom of the mouse to cycle through the preset DPI settings (800/1600/2400/3200/5000/26000). The mode indicator light may change color or flash to indicate the current DPI level, depending on the driver settings.
4.2 Polling Rate
The X3PRO supports a wireless polling rate of up to 4000Hz and a wired polling rate of up to 8000Hz. A higher polling rate reduces input delay, providing a more responsive experience.

Polling Rate Requirement: For optimal 4K/8K polling rate performance, an Intel Core i5 or higher CPU / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher CPU and a USB 3.0 or higher port are recommended.
4.3 Battery Management
The X3PRO mouse can provide up to 68 hours of continuous game time on a full charge. When the battery is low, the mode indicator light will typically flash red. Connect the mouse using the USB-C cable to charge it. The mouse can be used in wired mode while charging.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance, regularly clean your mouse. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring no moisture enters the internal components. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5.2 PTFE Feet
The mouse is equipped with 100% virgin grade PTFE feet for a consistent glide. Keep the feet clean and free of debris to ensure smooth movement. If the feet become worn, replacement feet can be purchased from authorized retailers.

6. Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding:
Ensure the mouse is charged. Check the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to confirm it is set to the correct connection mode (2.4G, BT, or OFF for wired). For 2.4G, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in. For Bluetooth, verify pairing in your computer's settings. For wired mode, ensure the USB-C cable is properly connected. - 2.4GHz Wireless Dongle Missing:
The 2.4G USB receiver is located in a compartment on the bottom of the mouse. Open the small cover to access it. If it is genuinely missing from the package, contact customer support. - DPI or Polling Rate issues:
Ensure the mouse driver software is installed for advanced settings. Verify your computer meets the minimum requirements for 4K/8K polling rates (Intel Core i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher CPU, USB 3.0 port). - Buttons not working as expected:
If you have customized button functions, ensure the driver software is running and the settings are correctly applied. Reset the mouse to factory defaults via the software if necessary. - Intermittent connection:
Move the mouse closer to the receiver/computer. Avoid sources of interference (e.g., other wireless devices, large metal objects). Ensure the mouse is fully charged.
