5. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your filling machine:

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Placement: Place the main unit on a stable, level, and clean surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the machine.
3. Connect Inlet Pipe: Attach the longer PVC steel wire hose (1.5M) to the 'Water Inlet' port on the gear pump. Secure it firmly with a clamp if provided. Place the other end of the inlet pipe into your liquid supply container.
4. Connect Outlet Pipe: Attach the shorter hose (0.8M) to the 'Water Outlet' port on the filling head. Ensure it is securely fastened.
5. Adjust Filling Head Height: Loosen the knobs on the vertical support rod to adjust the filling head to the desired height (0-40CM) above your containers. Tighten the knobs to secure the position.
6. Power Connection: Connect the power cable to the machine's power input and then plug it into a grounded AC 110V power outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

The CSY-L15 machine features an intuitive control panel and automatic functions for efficient filling.

6.1. Basic Operation

1. Power On: Flip the power switch to the 'ON' position. The display will illuminate.
2. Set Filling Weight: Use the numeric keypad on the control panel to input your desired filling weight (e.g., 500 for 500g). Confirm the setting.
3. Place Container: Place an empty container on the weighing platform. The machine will automatically tare (zero out) the container's weight.
4. Start Filling: The machine will automatically begin filling once the container is tared.
5. Automatic Slowdown: As the filling amount approaches the set target, the machine will automatically slow down to ensure high precision.
6. Automatic Stop: Filling will automatically stop once the target weight is reached.
7. Remove Container: Remove the filled container. The machine will automatically reset for the next container.

6.2. Automatic Features (Five Automatics)

The CSY-L15 is designed with five key automatic functions to streamline your filling process:

• Automatic Tare: Place a bottle, and the machine automatically subtracts its weight.
• Automatic Start: Filling commences automatically after the tare process.
• Automatic Slowdown: The filling speed reduces as the target weight is approached for enhanced accuracy.
• Automatic Stop: Filling ceases precisely when the programmed amount is dispensed.
• Automatic Reset: After removing a filled bottle, the system automatically resets for the next cycle.

7. Maintenance
