Operating Instructions

Preparing Ingredients:

• Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
• The 4.35-inch feed chute is designed to accommodate whole fruits and vegetables, minimizing pre-cutting. For very large items, you may need to cut them into smaller pieces that fit the chute.
• Remove hard pits from fruits like peaches, plums, or cherries.
• Peel citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruits) as their peels can impart a bitter taste.

Juicing Process:

1. Place the pulp container under the pulp spout and the juice container under the juice spout.
2. Turn the control knob to the "ON" position. The juicer will begin operating at a slow 45 RPM speed to ensure maximum nutrient retention.
3. Gradually feed prepared fruits and vegetables into the feed chute. Use the food pusher only if necessary to gently guide ingredients. Do not force ingredients.
4. The juicer can process up to 64oz (8 cups) of juice in one continuous operation thanks to its 42oz hopper capacity.
5. Once juicing is complete, turn the control knob to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance.
