Safety Information

Setup
- Unpack the Charger: Carefully remove the charger and any packaging materials from the box. Inspect for any damage.
- Placement: Place the charger on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the charger. The charger can also be wall-mounted using appropriate fasteners (not included) through the designated mounting holes on the back.
- Connect to Power: Plug the charger's power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. The indicator lights may briefly illuminate upon connection.
Operating Instructions
Charging a Battery:
- Ensure the charger is plugged into a live power outlet.
- Align the FLEX 24V battery pack with the charging slot on the charger.
- Slide the battery pack firmly into the slot until it clicks securely into place. The battery lock system will engage.
- The charger's indicator lights will illuminate to show the charging status. The cooling fans may activate during charging.
- Once charging is complete, the 'Full Charge' indicator will light up.
- To remove the battery, press the release tabs on the sides of the battery pack and slide it out of the charger.
