Assembly
The KOIOS Immersion Blender features a one-key release system for easy assembly and disassembly of attachments.
- To attach the blending shaft: Align the blending shaft with the motor unit and twist clockwise until it clicks securely into place.
- To attach the whisk or milk frother: Insert the whisk or frother into its respective adapter (if applicable), then align the adapter with the motor unit and twist clockwise until it clicks securely into place.
- To detach any attachment: Press the release buttons on the side of the motor unit and twist counter-clockwise to remove the attachment.
Operating Instructions
Speed Control
The blender features a 12-speed adjustable dial and a Turbo mode button for versatile blending.
- Adjustable Speed Dial: Rotate the dial on top of the motor unit to select speeds from 1 to 12. Lower speeds are suitable for liquid foods, while higher speeds are for solid foods.
- Turbo Mode: Press and hold the 'TURBO' button for maximum blending power to process tough ingredients quickly.
Using Attachments
- Blending Shaft: Ideal for making milkshakes, soups, jams, and baby food. Insert the blending shaft into your ingredients and press the power button to begin.
- Whisk Attachment: Perfect for beating eggs, mixing creams, and preparing cake batter.

Cleaning and Maintenance
