Igniting a Burner:
- Place your cookware centrally on the cast iron pan support over the desired burner.
- Push down and turn the corresponding control knob counter-clockwise to the maximum flame position.
- The auto-ignition system will click, and the burner will ignite. Hold the knob down for a few seconds to allow the Flame Failure Device (FFD) to activate.
- Once the flame is stable, release the knob. If the flame extinguishes, repeat the process.
- Adjust the flame intensity by rotating the knob between the maximum and minimum flame settings.
Using Dual Functionality Burners:
The brass burners offer dual flame functionality. When igniting, the full burner ignites with 3.0 kW power. For a lower, more flexible flame (2.5 kW), adjust the knob to the appropriate setting as indicated by the knob markings.

- Glass Surface: Use a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for glass surfaces. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive pads that can scratch the glass.
- Cast Iron Pan Supports: These can be removed and washed with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly before placing them back on the hob.
- Burners: The liftable burners allow for easy access. Remove the burner caps and crowns. Clean them with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Ensure all burner parts are completely dry before reassembling. Clogged burner holes can affect flame quality.
