3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charge
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Spigen ArcPack Power Bank. This ensures optimal battery performance and longevity.
- Connect the included Type-C to C cable to one of the USB-C ports on the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB-C wall charger (not included) with a minimum output of 20W for fastest charging.
- The LED indicator lights on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging progress. All four lights will be solid when fully charged.
A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours with a suitable charger.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Checking Battery Level
Press the power button once to check the current battery level. The LED indicators will light up:
- One LED: 0-25%
- Two LEDs: 25-50%
- Three LEDs: 50-75%
- Four LEDs: 75-100%
4.2 Charging Your Devices
The Spigen ArcPack Power Bank can charge up to three devices simultaneously.
- Identify the correct charging cable for your device (USB-C to USB-C, USB-A to USB-C, USB-A to Lightning, etc.).
- Connect one end of the charging cable to your device.
- Connect the other end of the cable to an available port on the power bank:
- USB-C Ports (x2): Support PD3.0 and PPS for fast charging, up to 30W Max (Shared). These ports are also used for recharging the power bank.
- USB-A Port (x1): Supports QC3.0 for fast charging, up to 22.5W Max.
- Charging will begin automatically. The LED indicators will show the power bank's remaining charge.
For optimal fast charging, use a cable compatible with your device's fast charging protocol (PD, QC, PPS).
