1. Getting Started

1.1 Unboxing and Package Contents

Verify that all items are present in the package:

1.2 SIM Card and Storage Installation

Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray. Insert your 5G-compatible Nano-SIM cards and/or a microSD card (up to 1TB) into the designated slots. Ensure the tray is securely reinserted to maintain water and dust resistance.

1.3 Initial Power On and Setup

Press and hold the Power button until the OUKITEL logo appears. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.

2. Device Overview

2.1 Physical Components

• Power Button: Located on the right side, used for power on/off and screen lock/unlock.
• Volume Buttons: Located on the right side, used to adjust media and call volume.
• Customizable Button: Located on the left side, can be programmed for quick access to specific functions (e.g., SOS, flashlight).

2.2 Display

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Power Management

• Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power button. Select 'Power off' or 'Restart' from the menu.
• Screen Lock/Unlock: Briefly press the Power button to lock/unlock the screen. Use fingerprint or face unlock for secure access.

3.2 Security Features

• Fingerprint Unlock: Register your fingerprints in Settings > Security > Fingerprint.
• Face Unlock: Set up face recognition in Settings > Security > Face Unlock.

3.3 Customizable Button

The customizable button on the left side can be configured to perform various actions with a single press, double press, or long press. Navigate to Settings > Smart Assistant > Customizable Key to set your preferred functions.

In emergencies, the SOS button can be configured to send a distress message and/or call pre-selected contacts. Set up this feature in Settings > Security > SOS Emergency.

9.1 Common Issues

• Device Not Powering On: Ensure the battery is charged. If not, connect to the charger for at least 30 minutes.
• Network Connectivity Issues: Check SIM card installation. Restart the device. Verify network settings in Settings > Network & internet.
• Slow Performance: Close background applications. Clear cache. Restart the device.

9.2 Factory Reset

If persistent issues occur, a factory reset may resolve them. Warning: This will erase all data on your device. Back up important data before proceeding. Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset).
