Connectivity Options
The Keychron Q6 Max offers three connectivity modes:
- 2.4 GHz Wireless: For a rapid 1000 Hz polling rate, use the included 2.4 GHz receiver.

Operating System Switch

QMK & VIA Programming

Troubleshooting
Connectivity Issues
- 2.4 GHz: Ensure the 2.4 GHz dongle is securely plugged into your device and the keyboard is switched to 2.4 GHz mode. Try a different USB port or restart your device.
- Bluetooth: Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your host device and the keyboard is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Remove previous pairings and attempt to re-pair.
- Wired: Check the USB-C cable connection at both ends. Try a different USB-C cable or port.
Key Responsiveness
If keys are unresponsive or 'sticky', it may be due to debris under the keycap or switch. Carefully remove the keycap and switch using the provided tools and clean the area. If the issue persists, consider replacing the switch.
