3.1 Key Features

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated; the LED indicators on the case will show charging progress.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
3. The LED display on the charging case will show the battery percentage of the case and the charging status of each earbud.
4. A full charge typically takes approximately 1.5 hours for the case.

4.2 Pairing with Your Device

The earbuds feature one-step pairing for convenience.

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged and placed inside the charging case.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "HD65" from the list.
5. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.
6. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case.

6.1 Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical sprays.
• Ensure charging contacts on both earbuds and case are clean and dry to prevent charging issues.

6.2 Water Resistance (IPX7)

The earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, this rating does not apply to the charging case. Avoid exposing the charging case to water.

• After exposure to sweat or water, ensure the earbuds are completely dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage to the charging contacts.
• Do not use the earbuds in saunas, steam rooms, or for swimming.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Common Issues and Solutions

• Earbuds not pairing:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on.
  • Forget/delete "HD65" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open to re-initiate pairing mode.
• Only one earbud working:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This often resynchronizes them.
  • Check if the earbud's charging contacts are clean.
• Poor sound quality:
  • Ensure the earbuds are fully inserted into your ears and the ear tips provide a good seal. Try different sized ear tips.
  • Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
  • Move closer to your paired device to avoid interference.
• Charging case not charging:
  • Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
