1. Introduction

The SOULION C10 is a versatile computer speaker designed for desktop, laptop, and monitor use. It offers both wired (3.5mm Aux) and wireless (Bluetooth) connectivity, along with four colorful LED lighting effects to enhance your audio experience.

4. Controls and Indicators

The SOULION C10 speaker features four control buttons on its top surface and an LED light strip at the base.

• Power Button ():
  • Long press: Power On/Off
  • Short click: Switch LED mode (4 modes available)
• Mode Button ():
  • Short click: Switch between AUX/Bluetooth Mode
  • Long press (3s): Clear Bluetooth memory
• Volume Up Button ():
  • Short click: Volume up
  • Long press: Volume up quickly
• Volume Down Button ():
  • Short click: Volume down
  • Long press: Volume down quickly

5. Setup Instructions

5.1. Wired Connection (3.5mm Aux Mode)

1. Plug the USB connector into an available USB port on your computer (for power).
2. Plug the 3.5mm audio jack into the headphone jack on your computer (for audio).
3. The speaker will automatically power on.
4. Ensure the speaker is in AUX mode. If not, short click the 'M' button to switch.

5.2. Bluetooth Connection

1. Plug the USB connector into an available USB port for power.
2. Short click the 'M' button to switch the speaker to Bluetooth mode. You will hear an audible prompt.
3. On your smartphone or tablet, go to Bluetooth settings and search for "C10".
4. Select "C10" to connect. You will hear an audible confirmation when connected.

5.3. Audio Output Settings (Windows)

1. Plug the USB connector into a USB port on your computer.
2. Plug the 3.5mm connector into the headphone jack on your computer.
3. Fix the setting:
• Click the speaker icon in the taskbar and choose "C10" as the audio output.
• Alternatively, go to Control Panel/System Preferences > Sound Settings, choose "C10" as audio output, and save changes.

5.4. Audio Output Settings (Mac)

1. Plug the USB connector into a USB port on your computer.
2. Plug the 3.5mm connector into the headphone jack on your computer.
3. Fix the setting: Go to Control Panel/System Preferences > Sound Settings, choose "C10" as audio output, and save changes.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Power On/Off

Long press the Power button () for 3 seconds to turn the speaker on or off.

6.2. Switching Modes

Short click the 'M' button () to switch between 3.5mm Aux mode and Bluetooth mode.

6.3. Adjusting Volume

• Short click the '+' button () to increase volume incrementally.
• Long press the '+' button to increase volume quickly.
• Short click the '-' button () to decrease volume incrementally.
• Long press the '-' button to decrease volume quickly.

6.4. Changing LED Light Effects

Short click the Power button () to cycle through the four available LED lighting effects: flowing, rhythm jump, breathing, and single light.

If you experience issues with the speaker not working or having no sound, consider the following:

1. Ensure you are not attempting to use two audio output devices on your computer simultaneously.
2. Verify that "C10" is selected as the audio output on your device (refer to Setup Instructions for Windows/Mac).
3. Confirm that both your computer's volume and the C10 speaker's volume are turned up, ideally to maximum for testing.
4. Try plugging the 3.5mm and USB jacks into different ports, preferably at the back of your computer's host port.
5. Attempt to connect the speaker with another device to determine if the issue is with the speaker or the original device.
6. If in AUX mode, try switching to Bluetooth mode, or vice-versa, to see if the connection works.

9. Maintenance
