Setup
Follow these steps for initial setup of your BC26 device:
- Charging: Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided Type-C USB cable. The charging port is located on the back of the unit.

- Mounting: Attach the bike computer mount adapter base to your bicycle's handlebar using the provided accessories. The BC26 unit can then be twisted onto this mount for secure attachment.

- Power On & GPS Lock: Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. Ensure you are in an open area for the device to quickly acquire GPS signals and automatically calibrate the time.

- App Configuration: Download the CoospoRide App on your smartphone. Connect the BC26 via Bluetooth to the app for easy device settings, firmware updates, and data management.

Operating Instructions
The BC26 is designed for intuitive operation. Here's how to use its main features:
- Displaying Data: The 2.3-inch screen clearly displays various cycling data including current speed, max speed, average speed, total distance (odometer), trip distance, cycling time, and altitude. Use the side buttons to cycle through different data views.

- Auto Backlight: The device automatically senses the environment and turns on the backlight in low-light conditions, ensuring readability during night rides.

- Max Speed Alarm: You can set a maximum speed alarm through the CoospoRide App. If your speed exceeds this preset value, the BC26 will trigger an alarm. Note: The alarm sound can be toggled on/off in the app settings.
- Sync to Strava: After your ride, you can sync your activity (.fit file) to Strava directly via the CoospoRide App on your phone using Bluetooth. This allows for easy sharing and analysis of your cycling data.

Maintenance

- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, damp cloth after each use. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the screen or casing.
- Water Resistance: The BC26 has an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning it can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water. However, it is not recommended for prolonged submersion. Ensure the Type-C port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
- Battery Care: To preserve battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, especially if it will be stored for an extended period.
Troubleshooting

- No GPS Signal: Ensure you are in an open outdoor area with a clear view of the sky. It may take a few minutes to acquire a signal, especially on first use or after a long period of inactivity.
- Data Not Syncing to App/Strava:
- Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the BC26 is connected in the CoospoRide App.
- Ensure the ride activity has been properly saved on the BC26 before attempting to sync.
- Verify your Strava account is correctly linked and authorized within the CoospoRide App settings.
- Incorrect Data Readings:
- Ensure the device has a strong GPS signal.
- Check unit settings (KM/H vs MPH) in the CoospoRide App to ensure they match your preference.
- Device Not Turning On: Check the battery level. If the battery is low, charge the device for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power it on again.
