4. Getting Started

4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status and battery levels. During charging, the LED indicator light will flash.

4.2 Initial Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for "T16" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
5. If prompted, confirm the pairing.
6. Once connected, the earbuds will automatically pair with this device in the future when taken out of the case.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

5.2 Music Control

• Play/Pause: Single-tap the button on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double-tap the button on the right earbud.

5.3 Call Control

• Answer/End Call: Single-tap the button on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the button on either earbud for 2 seconds.

• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the button on either earbud.

• Clean the earbuds and charging case regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Keep the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case clean to ensure proper charging.
• Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and maintain battery life.
• Avoid exposing the earbuds to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Earbuds Not Pairing or Connecting

If you experience issues with pairing or connection, try resetting the earbuds:

1. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and "forget" or "unpair" the "T16" earbuds. Then, turn off Bluetooth on your device.
2. Place both Bluetooth earbuds into the charging case and ensure they are being charged (LED indicators should be active).
3. Quickly quadruple-tap the button on both earphones.
4. After the reset, take both earbuds out of the charging case. Observe the LED lights: one earbud should flash red and blue quickly, while the other flashes blue slowly. This indicates successful pairing between the two earbuds.
5. Turn on Bluetooth on your device again, search for "T16", and pair.
6. If a pop-up window appears to confirm pairing, select "pair". If you accidentally select "cancel", you will need to delete the earbuds from your device's Bluetooth history and re-pair them.

7.2 No Sound or Low Volume

• Check the volume levels on both your device and the earbuds.
• Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
• Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.

7.3 Charging Issues

• Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and a power source.
• Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.
• Try using a different charging cable or power adapter.
