• Initial Charge: Fully charge the dog nail grinder before first use.
• Pet Acclimation: Introduce your pet to the grinder gradually. Allow them to smell and hear the device while it's off, then on a low setting. Reward good behavior with treats.
• Avoid Over-Grinding: Grind no more than 2-5 seconds at a time per nail. Observe the nail carefully to avoid the quick.
• Black Nails: For black nails, use the integrated lights to clearly observe the quick. Stop grinding immediately if a black dot appears in the center of the nail.
• Hair Entanglement: Ensure your pet's paw hair is pulled back to prevent entanglement with the grinding wheel.
• Storage: Store the grinder in a safe place, away from children and pets, when not in use.

Setup

1. Charge the Grinder: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the grinder and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charge indicator will inform you of the battery status. A full charge provides 240 minutes of worktime.
2. Familiarize Your Pet: Before actual grinding, allow your pet to become comfortable with the device. Turn the grinder on a low speed and let your pet hear the sound and feel the vibration. Offer treats to create a positive association.
3. Unlock Grinder (if necessary): If the grinder doesn't start, press and hold the switch button for 5 seconds to unlock it.

Operating Instructions

1. Select Grinding Port: The grinder features three grinding ports (small, standard, large) to accommodate different nail sizes. Choose the appropriate port for your pet's nails. For larger nails, the protective cover can be removed to expose the full grinding wheel.
2. Choose Speed Setting:
   • Low Speed (8000 RPM): Ideal for sensitive pets, soft nails, precise control, and detailed shaping.
   • Medium Speed (10000 RPM): Standard speed for most medium-sized pets.
   • High Speed (12000 RPM): Suitable for bold animals, hard nails, and quick nail removal.
3. Activate Lights: Press the light button to turn on the 4 LED lights for clear visibility of the nail and quick.
4. Grind Nails: Gently hold your pet's paw and insert the nail into the selected grinding port. Apply light pressure and grind for no more than 2-5 seconds at a time. Move the grinder in a back-and-forth motion.
5. Observe the Quick: Pay close attention to the quick (the pink part of the nail containing blood vessels and nerves). The integrated lights help prevent over-grinding. If you see a black dot in the center of a black nail, stop immediately.
6. Reward Your Pet: Provide verbal praise and treats throughout the process to reinforce positive behavior.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning: After each use, gently clean the nail grinder surface and the grinding wheel with the provided cleaning brush or a damp cloth to remove any nail powder or debris.
2. Grinding Wheel Replacement: The grinder comes with a spare grinding wheel. To replace, carefully remove the old wheel and install the new one.

Troubleshooting

• Grinder Not Starting: Ensure the device is fully charged. If it still doesn't start, press and hold the switch button for 5 seconds to unlock the grinder (travel lock feature).
