Introduction

The CooCoCo Knee Massager is designed to provide gentle relief and relaxation for your knees and other body parts. This versatile device combines vibration massage with adjustable heat and the option for hot or cold therapy using included gel packs. Safety Information

Caution:

• This is a VIBRATION massager only, providing gentle relief to the knee. It does not provide deep tissue massage.
• To prevent burns or injuries, do not use for more than 45 minutes at a time.
• Use caution when applying heat or cold therapy.
• Do not use while sleeping.
• Consult a doctor before use if you have sensitive skin, poor circulation, or existing medical conditions.

Setup and Wearing

The CooCoCo Knee Massager is designed for easy and comfortable wear. Each massager is marked with 'L' for Left and 'R' for Right to ensure correct placement.

1. Identify Left and Right: Locate the 'L' and 'R' markings on each massager.
2. Position the Massager: Place the massager on the corresponding knee with the control panel facing upwards.
3. Secure with Straps: Wrap the adjustable velcro straps around your leg, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit. The massager should be secure without being too tight. An extension strap is provided for larger knee circumferences (10 to 26 inches).
4. Connect Power: Locate the power port on the massager and connect the home adapter.

The flexible design allows the massager to be used on other body parts such as elbows, legs, and shoulders, provided it fits securely.

Operating Instructions

Once the massager is securely worn and plugged in, you can begin operation:

1. Power On/Heat Control: Press the power button (often indicated by a red light) on the control panel.
   • Press once for High Heat (red light).
   • Press again for Low Heat (green light).
   • Press a third time to turn off heat.
   The heat function can reach up to 131°F.
2. Vibration Control: Press the vibration button (often indicated by a green light) on the control panel.
   • There are five different vibration massage modes. Each press cycles through a different mode, offering varied intensities and patterns.
   • The vibration intensity can be freely switched between gentle and intense to meet various needs.
3. Auto Shut-off: The massager features a 45-minute auto shut-off function for safety and convenience.

Hot & Cold Therapy with Gel Packs

The CooCoCo Knee Massager comes with 4 reusable gel packs that can be used for both hot and cold therapy, independent of the electrical functions.

For Cold Therapy:

• Place the gel packs in the freezer for quick freezing (approximately 1 hour).
• Once frozen, insert the gel packs into the designated pockets on the back of the massager.
• Apply to the affected area for soothing cold comfort.

For Hot Therapy (without electricity):

• Heat the gel packs in a microwave. Set to medium-high for 1 minute. Adjust heating time as needed, ensuring not to overheat.
• Once warm, insert the gel packs into the designated pockets on the back of the massager.
• Apply to the affected area for warm compress.

You can use the massager with only the hot/cold packs, allowing for mobility around the house without being tethered to a power outlet.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your CooCoCo Knee Massager.

• Cleaning: Disconnect the massager from power before cleaning. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the massager in water or use harsh chemicals.
• Storage: Store the massager in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the massager is completely dry before storing.
• Gel Packs: Clean gel packs with mild soap and water. Ensure they are dry before storing or freezing.
