Before installation and operation, please read all safety instructions carefully to prevent injury or damage. Retain this manual for future reference.

• Ensure the power is disconnected at the circuit breaker before installation or maintenance.
• All wiring must be in accordance with national and local electrical codes.
• Consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about the installation process.
• Mount the fan to a structure capable of supporting the fan's weight (minimum 35 lbs).
• Do not bend the blade holders during installation or cleaning.
• Maintain a minimum clearance of 7 feet from the floor to the bottom of the fan blades.
• Do not operate the fan if any part is damaged.

4. Installation Guide

Follow these steps for proper installation of your ceiling fan. For a visual guide, please refer to the assembly video provided.

Step-by-Step Installation:

1. 4.1 Install the Fan Blade Edge Cover

   Take out each fan blade and identify the ends. Insert the edge cover into the fan blade at an angle on the end with two holes. Flip the fan blade over and secure it with screws. Repeat this process for all 6 fan blades.

2. 4.2 Install the Fan Blades

   Access the motor body. Remove all screws fixing the fan blades inside the motor. Insert the 3-hole end of each fan blade into the motor, aligning with the screw holes. Reinstall the screws you just removed to secure the blades. Install all 6 fan blades to the motor step by step.

3. 4.3 Install LED Light Panel

   First, remove one of the screws on the motor. Secure the metal plate to the motor. Place the metal plate on the motor, rotate it until the screws slide into the slots, and then tighten the screws. Place the LED light panel on the metal plate and connect the light wires.

4. 4.4 Install the Downrod

   Turn the motor over and remove the cross pin and clamp pin from the motor port. Get the desired length of downrod (5-inch or 10-inch) and remove its cross pin and clamp pin. Thread the canopy and splice closure through the downrod. Pass the wire through the middle of the downrod. Finally, secure the downrod to the motor port using the cross pin and clamp pin.

5. 4.5 Fix the Mounting Bracket to the Ceiling

   Securely attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling using appropriate screws. Ensure the bracket is firmly fixed to a structural support.

6. 4.6 Hang the Downrod on the Mounting Bracket

   Carefully lift the fan assembly and hang the downrod onto the mounting bracket. Ensure it is securely seated.

7. 4.7 Connect the Receiver Wires

   Connect wires of the same color together (e.g., blue to blue, red to red). Connect the ceiling wires to the receiver wires, ensuring all connections are secure and insulated.

8. 4.8 Organize Cables and Cover with Canopy

   After sorting out all the cables, put them into the mounting bracket together with the receiver. Cover the mounting bracket and receiver with the canopy. Finally, tighten the screws to secure the canopy.

9. 4.9 Cover the Lampshade

   As the final step, carefully cover the lampshade onto the light panel. This completes the ceiling fan installation.

5. Operating Instructions

Your Ohniyou ceiling fan can be controlled using the included remote control or a dedicated smartphone application.

5.1 Remote Control Operation

• Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the fan and light on or off.
• Fan Speed: Select from 6 wind speed levels (1-2 for comfortable wind, 3-4 for natural wind, 5-6 for cool wind).
• Light Control:
  • Dimmable: Adjust brightness from 10% to 100%.
  • Color Temperature: Switch between Warm Light (3000K), Neutral Light (4500K), and Cold Light (6000K).
• Reversible Mode: Switch between summer mode (forward wind for cooling) and winter mode (reverse wind for air circulation).
• Timer: Set a 2-hour timer for automatic shut-off.
• Night Light Mode: Activates a low-intensity light setting.
• Mute Mode: Disables beeping sounds during operation.

5.2 APP Control Operation

Control your fan conveniently from your smartphone via Bluetooth connection.

1. Download the APP: Scan the QR code below or search for "FanLamp Pro" in your app store.

2. Open the APP: Add a device for your fan, name it (e.g., Fan 1), and confirm.
3. Enable Bluetooth: Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
4. Pairing:
   • Reset Fan: Turn the wall switch controlling the fan's power off, wait about 5 seconds, then turn it back on.
   • Pair in APP: Hit the pair button on the APP about 3 times until you hear a beep from the fan and the light flashes.
5. Control Functions: The APP allows control of light color temperature and brightness, wind speed level, wind direction, night light mode, and timing.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Ohniyou ceiling fan.

• Cleaning:
  • Always turn off the power before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the fan blades and motor housing.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.
• Blade Balance: If the fan wobbles, check that all blade screws are tightened. Use the included balance kit if necessary.
• Light Source: The integrated LED light source is designed for long life and typically does not require replacement.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your fan, refer to the following common problems and solutions.

7.1 Re-pairing the Remote Control

If your remote control stops working, follow these steps to re-pair it with the fan:

1. Use the wall switch or another method to cut off the power to the fan.
2. Wait for approximately 5 seconds.
3. Reconnect the power to the fan.
4. Within three seconds of restoring power, long press the "Pair" button on the remote control.
5. You will hear a "beeping" sound and the fan light will flash, indicating successful pairing.
