1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the ECONTROLLY BP59-00149A voice replacement remote control. This remote is designed to be compatible with various Samsung Monitor TV models, offering voice control functionality. Note: This remote control does not work with cable boxes.

2. Setup

2.1 Battery Installation

The remote control requires two (2) AAA ALKALINE batteries for operation. Batteries are not included with the remote.

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
2. Slide the cover downwards or press the latch to open it.
3. Insert two AAA ALKALINE batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
4. Replace the battery compartment cover until it clicks securely into place.

Important: Do not use rechargeable batteries. Only use AAA ALKALINE batteries.

2.2 Pairing the Remote Control

This voice remote control requires pairing with your Samsung Monitor TV before use to enable all functionalities, especially voice control.

1. Ensure your Samsung Monitor TV is powered on.
2. Point the remote control towards your TV.
3. Press and hold the Return button and the Play/Pause button simultaneously for 3 seconds or more.
4. A pairing message should appear on your TV screen, indicating that the remote is connecting.
5. Once paired, the remote control is ready for use.

3. Operating Instructions

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

To clean the remote control, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, sprays, or abrasive materials, as these may damage the remote's surface or internal components.

4.2 Battery Replacement

If the remote control's performance degrades or it stops responding, replace the batteries with new AAA ALKALINE batteries. Follow the battery installation steps in Section 2.1.

4.3 Storage

Store the remote control in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
