This user manual provides detailed instructions for the operation and maintenance of your OFNEX N17 Wireless Earbuds. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper function and longevity.

What's in the Box

Upon opening the package, please verify that all the following components are included:

• Wireless Charging Case
• Earbuds (Left and Right)

Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. The case supports both wireless charging and wired USB-C charging.

• Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
• Alternatively, place the charging case on a compatible wireless charging pad.
• The dual LED power display on the case will show the battery status of the case and individual earbuds. A full charge typically takes 2 hours.

Bluetooth Pairing

The N17 earbuds feature an automatic pairing function for convenience.

• First-time Pairing:
  1. Open the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "N17" from the list of devices to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.
• Subsequent Connections: After the initial pairing, simply open the charging case lid, and the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device.
• Mono Mode: Either earbud can be used independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will connect in mono mode.

Fitting the Earbuds

For optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the correct size of eartips. Three sizes (S, M, L) are included.

• Gently insert the earbud into your ear canal.
• Rotate the earbud slightly until it feels secure and comfortable.
• A proper fit ensures good bass response and passive noise isolation.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your earbuds and charging case.

• Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case.
• Remove eartips and clean them with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
• Gently remove any earwax or debris from the speaker mesh using a small, soft brush or cotton swab.

Water Resistance

The N17 earbuds are rated IPX7 waterproof, providing protection against sweat and splashes. They are suitable for workouts and outdoor activities.

Note: The charging case is not waterproof. Do not expose the charging case to water or moisture.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your OFNEX N17 Wireless Earbuds, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Earbuds not pairing or connecting:
  • Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case and fully charged.
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are within range (up to 10 meters).
  • Try resetting the earbuds. The N17 includes a one-key reset button on the charging case for fast error fixing. Press and hold the reset button until the LED indicators flash.
  • Forget "N17" from your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to pair again.
• No sound or low volume:
  • Check the volume levels on both your device and the earbuds.
  • Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears and the eartips provide a good seal.
  • Clean any debris from the speaker mesh.
• Charging issues:
  • Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • If using wireless charging, ensure the case is correctly positioned on the charging pad.
  • Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case.
