5. Maintenance
- Keep the units clean by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid exposing the units to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Store the units in a dry, cool place when not in use.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the units yourself, as this may void the warranty.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No sound or intermittent sound. | Units not paired, low battery, out of range, interference. | Ensure both units are fully charged and successfully paired (solid blue light). Check that the units are within 100 feet of each other. Move away from Wi-Fi routers or other 2.4GHz devices. |
| Units not turning on. | Depleted battery. | Charge both the transmitter and receiver using the provided USB cable. |
| Interference or static. | Proximity to other 2.4GHz devices (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth). | Move the units further away from potential sources of interference like Wi-Fi routers or other Bluetooth devices. |
| Difficulty pairing multiple sets. | Units too close together or incorrect pairing sequence. | Ensure each transmitter/receiver pair is at least 2 meters apart from other pairs during initial pairing. Follow the pairing steps carefully for each set. |
