Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Assemble Handle: Attach the crank handle to the top shaft of the grinder. Ensure it is securely fitted.

Adjusting Grind Settings
The TIMEMORE Chestnut C3S offers stepless grind adjustment for various brewing methods. To adjust, turn the dial at the bottom of the grinder. Turning towards 'Fine' results in smaller particles, while turning towards 'Coarse' results in larger particles. Each click represents a precise adjustment.
- Espresso: Typically 7-8 clicks from the finest setting.
- Pour Over Coffee: Typically 13-16 clicks from the finest setting.
- French Press: Typically 17-20 clicks from the finest setting.

Loading Coffee Beans
- Remove the lid from the top of the grinder.
- Pour your desired amount of whole coffee beans into the hopper. The C3S has a capacity of 25 grams.
- Replace the lid securely.
Grinding Process
- Hold the grinder firmly with one hand.
- Turn the crank handle clockwise with the other hand to begin grinding.
- Continue grinding until all beans have passed through the burrs and collected in the bottom container.
- Unscrew the bottom container to access your freshly ground coffee.
