3. Setup

Before First Use

  2. Wash the cooking pot, Cook & Crisp Plate, and nesting broil rack in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

Assembly

  1. Place the main unit on a clean, dry, level surface.
  2. Insert the 6.5-quart cooking pot into the main unit.
  3. Depending on the cooking function, place the Cook & Crisp Plate or nesting broil rack into the cooking pot.

4. Operating Instructions

The Ninja Foodi OS300 offers 10 cooking functions. Always ensure the correct lid is used for the selected function.

Using the Pressure Lid (for Pressure Cook, Steam, Slow Cook, Yogurt)

  1. Place ingredients into the cooking pot, using the Cook & Crisp Plate or broil rack if needed.
  2. Lower the crisping lid.
  3. Select the desired function (e.g., Air Crisp).
  4. Adjust time and temperature using the arrow buttons.
  5. Press START/STOP to begin cooking.
  6. The appliance will preheat, then begin cooking.
