Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press the power button once to turn the device on for continuous operation.
2. Set Timer:
   • Press the power button a second time for the 6-hour timer mode.
   • Press the power button a third time for the 12-hour timer mode.
   • Press the power button a fourth time to turn the device off.
3. Optimal Usage: For best results, operate the trap in a dark room. The UV light is most effective at attracting insects when there are no competing light sources. Consider adding attractants like apple cider vinegar to a small dish near the trap to enhance its bug-catching power.

Maintenance

1. Replacing Sticky Glue Boards: When the sticky board is full of insects, or after approximately 2-4 weeks of use, it's time to replace it. Open the bottom tray as described in the setup section. Carefully remove the used sticky board and dispose of it. Insert a new sticky board, ensuring the protective cover is removed, and close the tray.
2. Cleaning: Periodically clean the exterior of the trap with a soft, dry cloth. If dust accumulates in the suction area, gently wipe it away. The design allows for easy access to clean the fan area if necessary.
