Maintenance
To ensure the longevity of your Yoto Mini:
- Keep the device clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Protect the device from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
- Avoid exposing the Yoto Mini to water or excessive moisture.
- Store Yoto Cards safely to prevent damage.
Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on: Ensure the Yoto Mini is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on.
- No audio when card is inserted: Check that the card is fully inserted. Ensure the volume is not set to minimum. Verify Wi-Fi connection for new cards to download content.
- Wi-Fi connection issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is active and within range. Re-attempt connection through the Yoto App.
