1. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to correctly set up your LawnMaster CLMF4815E cordless lawn mower.

1.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present.

1.2 Handle Assembly

Attach the lower handle bars to the mower base using the provided nuts and bolts. Ensure they are securely fastened. Then, attach the upper handle bar, which includes the control panel, to the lower bars. The handle height is adjustable to two positions for user comfort. Secure with the provided fasteners.

1.3 Grass Collection Bag Assembly

Assemble the fabric grass collection bag by inserting the metal frame into the fabric bag. Ensure the frame is fully seated within the bag's channels. The assembled bag will then hook onto the rear of the mower.

1.4 Battery Charging and Installation

The mower uses two 24V MAX 4.0Ah lithium-ion batteries. Use the included dual charger to charge both batteries simultaneously. The batteries feature a charge indicator to show their status. Once fully charged, insert both batteries into the dual battery compartment located on top of the mower. Ensure the safety key is inserted for operation.

2. Operating Instructions

2.4 Mulching and Bagging

The mower includes a 10-gallon grass collection bag for convenient bagging of clippings. Alternatively, you can use the mulching function by inserting the mulching plug (if not already installed) and removing the collection bag. This returns finely cut grass clippings to the lawn as natural fertilizer.
