Figure 2: The input port for charging the UPS is located on the side. Blue LED lights indicate the current battery level and charging status.
2. Connecting Your Devices
Follow these steps to connect your devices to the UPS:
- Identify Device Voltage and Current: Carefully check the power specifications (voltage and current) of your device (e.g., router, modem, camera). Ensure the device's current requirement is within the UPS's maximum output of 6A.
- Select Appropriate DC Cable and Adapter: Choose a DC cable and one of the nine DC adapters that physically fit and match your device's power input.
- Connect to UPS: Plug the DC cable (with the correct adapter) into the corresponding output port on the UPS (5V, 9V, or 12V). Ensure the voltage selected on the UPS matches your device's requirement.
- Connect to Device: Plug the other end of the DC cable into your device's power input.
- Power On: Press the power button on the UPS to activate the output. Your device should now receive power.

3. Power Sharing Function
The UPS features a unique power sharing function for DC2, DC3, and DC4 ports. These ports can be individually set to either 9V or 12V using the switches next to them.
- All three ports (DC2, DC3, DC4) can collectively provide up to 6A of power.
- Alternatively, a single port can be used exclusively for a 6A output.
- Important: When using the power sharing function, all selected power sharing ports must be set to the same voltage (either 9V or 12V).

Figure 4: This image explains the power sharing capability, where DC2, DC3, and DC4 ports can be configured for 9V or 12V output, with a maximum combined current of 6A.
4. Mounting the UPS (Optional)
The UPS is designed with an intimate hook design on the back, allowing for wall mounting. Screws are not provided in the package.

- Overcurrent Protection: Shuts down if connected devices draw excessive current.
- Restoration Protection: Ensures safe recovery after a protection event.
- Timed Shutdown Protection: Automatically shuts down under certain conditions to conserve power or prevent issues.
Always ensure your device's voltage and current requirements are compatible with the UPS output settings to avoid damage to both the UPS and your equipment.
Troubleshooting
Battery Indicator Light Flashing Continuously
If the battery indicator light flashes continuously while charging, it indicates that the input adapter voltage does not match the UPS voltage. Ensure you are using the correct charger (Max 19V/6A) and that its output voltage is compatible with the UPS input.
Voltage Indicator Light Flashing Continuously
If the voltage indicator light flashes continuously, it means your connected device is drawing more than 6A of current. Disconnect the device immediately to prevent damage to both the UPS and your equipment. Verify your device's current requirements and ensure they do not exceed the UPS's maximum output.
Device Not Receiving Power
- Check if the UPS is powered on by pressing the POWER button.
- Verify that all DC cables and adapters are securely connected to both the UPS and your device.
- Ensure the selected output voltage on the UPS (5V, 9V, or 12V) matches your device's power requirements.
- Check the battery level of the UPS using the LED indicators. Recharge the UPS if the battery is low.
- Confirm that your device's power input is functioning correctly by testing it with its original power adapter.
