4. Setup and Installation

The Eonon P4 is designed for quick and easy installation, typically taking only a few minutes. Follow these steps:

4.1 Mounting the Unit

  1. Attach the mounting bracket: Securely attach the chosen mounting bracket (base bracket or suction cup bracket) to the back of the main unit.
  2. Position and secure: Remove the protective film from the adhesive on the mounting bracket. Place the unit firmly onto your desired location on the dashboard or windshield. Ensure the surface is clean and dry for optimal adhesion.
  3. Adjust viewing angle: The screen is adjustable. Pivot and tilt the screen to achieve the optimal viewing perspective for safe driving.

4.2 Connecting Power and Cameras

  1. Connect power: Plug one end of the cigarette lighter power cable into the power port on the unit and the other end into your car's cigarette lighter socket.
  2. Connect cameras: Connect the 4K front camera and 1080P rear camera to their respective ports on the unit. Route the cables neatly using the provided cable clips and pry bar for a clean installation.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Initial Power On and Interface

5.2 Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto
