Setup
1. Remote Control Battery Installation:
The remote control requires 2 AAA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
2. Charging the Wall Crawler Gecko:
The Wall Crawler Gecko is rechargeable via the included USB cable. Locate the charging port on the underside of the gecko. Connect the USB cable to the gecko and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The LED eyes will indicate charging status (usually red while charging, off or green when fully charged). A full charge provides approximately 20-30 minutes of play time. Do not overcharge.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On:

3. Remote Control Functions:
Use the directional buttons on the remote control to maneuver the gecko. The remote offers full-function control, allowing movement in all directions. The operational range is approximately 25 feet (8 meters).
- Forward/Backward: Controls the gecko's primary movement.
- Left/Right: Controls turning.
- Wall Climbing: In Wall Mode, the gecko utilizes suction technology to adhere to smooth, flat vertical surfaces. Ensure the surface is clean and free of dust for best adhesion.

Maintenance
Cleaning:
To clean the Wall Crawler Gecko, gently wipe it with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge the toy in water or use harsh chemicals, as this may damage the electronic components. Regularly check the suction pads for debris and clean them to maintain wall-climbing effectiveness.
Storage:
When not in use, store the Wall Crawler Gecko and its remote control in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries from the remote control if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
Troubleshooting
- Gecko not responding to remote:
- Ensure both the gecko and remote are powered on.
- Check if the remote control batteries are correctly installed and not depleted. Replace if necessary.
- Ensure the gecko's battery is charged.
- Verify that the gecko and remote are within the operational range (25 ft / 8 m).
- Gecko not climbing walls effectively:
- Ensure the gecko is in Wall Mode.
- Check that the wall surface is smooth, clean, and free of dust or texture.
- Clean the gecko's suction pads if they appear dirty or have debris.
- Ensure the gecko's battery is sufficiently charged, as wall climbing requires more power.
- Gecko not moving:
- Check power switch on gecko.
- Ensure the gecko's battery is charged.
- Inspect for any obstructions in the gecko's movement mechanism.
