4. Setup

4.1 Setting the Time

1. Pull the crown out to the second click position (farthest out).
2. Turn the crown to move the hour and minute hands clockwise until the desired time is set. Pay attention to AM/PM if setting the date/day.
3. Push the crown back in to the normal position to start the watch.

1. Pull the crown out to the first click position (halfway out).
2. Turn the crown clockwise to adjust the date.

4. Once the correct date and day are set, push the crown back in to the normal position.
5. Important: Avoid setting the date and day between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM, as this is when the watch's internal mechanism is engaged in changing the date, and manual adjustment can cause damage. If adjustment is needed during this period, first set the time outside this window, adjust the date/day, then reset the time.
