Setup Instructions
Waterpik Nano Plus (WP-320) Setup
- Fill the Reservoir: Lift the reservoir lid and fill the reservoir with lukewarm water. The Nano Plus reservoir holds up to 15 ounces (444 ml). You may add mouthwash if desired.
- Insert Tip: Select a flossing tip and insert it into the center of the handle until it clicks into place.
- Prime Unit (First Use): If using for the first time, set the pressure dial to high, point the tip into the sink, and turn the unit on until water flows from the tip. Then turn off the unit.
- Plug In: Plug the power cord into a 120VAC/60Hz outlet. This model is designed for North America only.
Waterpik Cordless Express (WF-02) Setup
- Install Batteries: Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit and insert 3 AA batteries. Ensure correct polarity.
- Fill the Reservoir: Open the flip-top cap on the reservoir and fill with lukewarm water. The Cordless Express reservoir holds up to 5 ounces (148 ml).
- Insert Tip: Select a flossing tip and insert it into the center of the handle until it clicks into place.

Operating Instructions
General Operation for Both Models
- Select Pressure Setting:
- Nano Plus (WP-320): Rotate the pressure control dial on the base to your desired setting (1-5). Start with the lowest setting and gradually increase.
- Cordless Express (WF-02): Use the pressure setting switch on the handle to select between the two available pressure settings.
- Position Yourself: Lean over a sink and place the flossing tip into your mouth. Close your lips enough to prevent splashing, but allow water to flow from your mouth into the sink.
- Start Flossing:
- Nano Plus (WP-320): Slide the ON/OFF switch on the handle to the ON position.
- Cordless Express (WF-02): Slide the ON/OFF switch on the unit to the ON position.
- Guide the Tip: Aim the water stream at the gumline at a 90-degree angle. Guide the tip along your gumline, pausing briefly between teeth. Follow the gumline and clean both the inside and outside of your teeth.
- Finish: When finished, turn the unit off. Remove the tip by pressing the eject button (if applicable) or pulling it out.

Maintenance
Cleaning Your Water Flosser
- Reservoir: The reservoirs for both Nano Plus and Cordless Express are top-rack dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Empty any remaining water after each use.
- Tips: Rinse flossing tips under warm water after each use. Replace tips every 3-6 months, or sooner if they become worn.
- Unit Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
Cordless Express (WF-02) Battery Replacement
The Cordless Express WF-02 operates on 3 AA batteries. When the water stream weakens, it's time to replace the batteries. Assuming once-a-day use, batteries typically last 1 to 2 months, depending on their quality.
- Ensure the unit is OFF.
- Open the battery compartment cover located at the bottom of the unit.
- Remove the old batteries and dispose of them properly.
- Insert 3 new AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Troubleshooting
If your Waterpik water flosser is not functioning as expected, please review the following common issues:
- No Water Flow:
- Ensure the reservoir is filled with water.
- Check that the tip is securely inserted.
- For WP-320: Ensure the unit is plugged in and the power switch is ON.
- For WF-02: Check battery charge and replace if necessary.
- Weak Water Pressure:
- Adjust the pressure setting to a higher level.

- Leaking:
