1. Introduction

Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Do not operate the pump in wet conditions or immerse it in water.
  • Keep the pump away from children.
  • Ensure the air intake and outlet are clear of obstructions during operation.
  • Do not exceed the recommended pressure for your inflatable item. Refer to the inflatable's manufacturer specifications.
  • Avoid continuous operation for extended periods. Allow the pump to cool down after 15-20 minutes of use to prevent overheating.

Familiarize yourself with the main parts of your AIRBANK Puffer Pro pump:

  • Digital LED Screen: Displays target pressure and real-time pressure.
  • Power Button: Turns the pump on/off.
  • Pressure Adjustment Buttons (+/-): Increases or decreases the target pressure.
  • Unit Button: Switches between PSI and BAR.
  • Light Button: Activates the built-in light for dark conditions.

5. Setup and Charging

5.1 Charging the Pump

Before first use, fully charge the pump. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

  1. Connect the provided DC charging cable to the pump's charging port.
  2. Plug the other end of the charging cable into a suitable power adapter (not included) or USB port.
  3. The digital display will indicate charging status.

5.2 Attaching the Hose and Nozzle

  1. Select the appropriate nozzle for your inflatable's valve.
  2. Attach the selected nozzle to one end of the air hose.
  3. For inflation, securely screw the other end of the air hose into the 'INFLATE' port on the pump.
  4. For deflation, securely screw the other end of the air hose into the 'DEFLATE' port on the pump.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Inflation

  1. Ensure the hose is connected to the 'INFLATE' port and the correct nozzle is attached to your inflatable.
  2. Press the Power button to turn on the pump. The digital display will illuminate.
  3. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set your desired target pressure. The pump supports up to 20 PSI.
  4. Press the Power button again to start inflation.
  5. The pump will operate in two stages: the first stage provides maximum speed (400 L/min) for rapid initial inflation, and the second stage provides maximum pressure (75 L/min) to reach the target PSI.
  6. The pump will automatically stop once the set pressure is reached.
  7. Disconnect the hose from the inflatable and the pump.

6.2 Deflation

  1. Ensure the hose is connected to the 'DEFLATE' port on the pump and the correct nozzle is attached to your inflatable.
  2. Press the Power button to turn on the pump.
  3. Press the Power button again to start deflation.
  4. The pump will actively remove air from the inflatable, making packing easier.
  5. Once deflation is complete, press the Power button to stop the pump.
  6. Disconnect the hose from the inflatable and the pump.
