Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the water flosser. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port located at the bottom of the device and plug the other end into a power adapter (not included). The battery indicator light will show charging status. A full charge provides approximately 30-35 days of use.
2. Filling the Water Reservoir
Open the reservoir fill door located at the bottom of the unit. Fill the 260ml reservoir with lukewarm water. Close the fill door securely to prevent leaks. The one-piece design minimizes the risk of accidental detachment during refilling.
3. Attaching a Jet Tip
Select the desired jet tip for your oral care needs. Insert the tip into the opening at the top of the flosser unit until it clicks into place. To remove, press the tip eject button and pull the tip out.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the device on or off.
2. Selecting a Cleaning Mode
Once powered on, press the 'M' (Mode) button to cycle through the 5 available cleaning modes: Strong, Normal, Soft, Pulse, and Child. An indicator light will illuminate next to the selected mode.
- Strong: For deep cleaning and stubborn plaque removal.
- Normal: Standard daily cleaning.
- Soft: Gentle cleaning for sensitive gums.
- Pulse: For gum massage and improved circulation.
- Child: Very gentle pressure suitable for children or very sensitive users.
3. Proper Usage Technique
Lean over a sink and place the jet tip into your mouth, aiming the tip at the gumline at a 90-degree angle. Close your lips slightly to prevent splashing but allow water to flow from your mouth into the sink. Move the tip along the gumline, pausing briefly between teeth to ensure thorough cleaning. Start with the lowest pressure setting and gradually increase as you become comfortable.
4. Specialized Tip Usage
- Standard Jet Tips (4 pieces): Ideal for general cleaning deep between teeth and below the gumline.
- Plaque Seek Tip (1 piece): Designed for areas prone to plaque accumulation, such as around dental implants, crowns, bridges, and permanent retainers.
- Orthodontic Tip (1 piece): Features a tapered brush head to effectively remove hard-to-reach plaque around orthodontic brackets and wires.
- Periodontal Pocket Tip (1 piece): With a slim and angled design, it provides gentle yet effective cleaning in periodontal pockets and along the gumline.
- Tongue Cleaner Tip (1 piece): Helps remove bacteria and debris from the surface of the tongue for improved oral hygiene and fresh breath.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Unit
After each use, empty any remaining water from the reservoir. Rinse the reservoir thoroughly with clean water. Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water beyond its IPX7 rating.
2. Cleaning Jet Tips
Remove the jet tip from the unit. Rinse the tip under running water. For deeper cleaning, tips can be soaked in a solution of 2 parts water to 1 part white vinegar for 5-10 minutes, then rinsed thoroughly.
3. Tip Replacement
It is recommended to replace jet tips every 3-6 months, depending on usage frequency, to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your MySmile LP211 Water Flosser, please refer to the following general advice:
