3.1 Initial Connection

The Keychron Q3 Max offers three connection modes: 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.1, and USB Type-C wired. Select your preferred mode using the physical switch located on the side of the keyboard.

• 2.4 GHz Wireless: Insert the provided Type-A 2.4 GHz receiver into an available USB port on your computer. The keyboard will automatically connect. For optimal signal, use the extension adapter if the receiver is far from the keyboard. This mode offers a 1000 Hz polling rate.
