  • Always ensure the robot is connected to a power source during operation. The built-in UPS (Uninterrupted Power System) battery is for emergency power-off protection only.
  • The UPS battery provides approximately 25 minutes of suction protection in case of power failure, preventing the robot from falling and sounding an alarm.
  • Always attach the professional 4-meter safety rope to a secure anchor point before starting the robot, especially when cleaning high or exterior windows.
  • Do not use the robot on cracked, damaged, or uneven glass surfaces.
  • Keep hands, hair, and loose clothing away from moving parts.
  • Do not immerse the robot in water or other liquids.
  • Store the robot in a dry, cool place when not in use.

4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your LIECTROUX HCR-09:

  1. Prepare the Cleaning Cloths: Attach the microfiber cleaning cloths firmly to the cleaning pads on the robot. Ensure they are clean and slightly damp (not dripping wet) with a suitable window cleaning solution.
  2. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the robot and then into a power outlet. Ensure the connection is secure. The power cord is 5.2 meters long.
  3. Attach Safety Rope: Securely fasten the 4-meter safety rope to a sturdy object indoors, such as a heavy piece of furniture or a window frame anchor point.
  4. Place the Robot: Place the robot on the glass surface you wish to clean. Ensure it is flat against the surface.
  5. Power On: Press the power button on the robot or the remote control to activate the suction. Wait for the robot to firmly adhere to the glass before releasing it.
