Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the mic arm with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Joint Inspection: Periodically check all joints and knobs to ensure they are securely tightened. This maintains stability and prevents unwanted movement.
  • Spring Mechanism: The T40LP features a hidden spring design. Avoid disassembling the arm to access internal springs, as this may damage the product and void the warranty.

Troubleshooting

  • Arm not holding position: Ensure all adjustment knobs and the desk clamp are tightened securely. Over time, heavy microphones may require re-tightening.
  • Noise during adjustment: The T40LP's hidden spring design minimizes noise. If you experience unusual noise, check for any loose components or obstructions.
