Setup

Operating Instructions
General Operation:

The FRESKO Immersion Blender features 12 variable speeds, adjustable via the dial on top of the motor body. Turn the dial to select your desired speed. For a quick burst of maximum power, press the TURBO button.
Using the Immersion Blender Stick:

- Ideal for pureeing soups, making smoothies, sauces, and baby food.
- Insert the blender stick into the liquid before turning it on to prevent splashing.
- Move the blender up and down gently to ensure even blending.

Maintenance and Cleaning

- Motor Body: Wipe the motor body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor body in water or any other liquid.
- Blender Stick: The stainless steel blender stick is dishwasher safe. For manual cleaning, rinse under running water immediately after use.
- Chopper Bowl & Whisk: These attachments are generally dishwasher safe or can be washed by hand with warm soapy water.
- Measuring Cup: Wash with warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher.
- Detaching Parts: To detach accessories, press the release buttons on the sides of the motor body and pull the attachment off.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing.
