2. Safety Information
Your safety is paramount. Always wear a helmet that fits correctly and is in good condition. This helmet is certified to ECE 22.06 standards, indicating compliance with European safety requirements for motorcycle helmets.
- Proper Fit: A helmet must fit snugly and comfortably. It should not move freely on your head.
- Damage: Never use a helmet that has been involved in an impact, even if visible damage is not apparent. The protective capabilities may be compromised.
- Modifications: Do not modify the helmet in any way, as this can compromise its safety features.
- Chemicals: Avoid contact with gasoline, cleaning fluids, paints, or other solvents, as they can damage the helmet material.
3. Setup
3.1. Helmet Fitting
To ensure maximum protection, your helmet must fit correctly. Measure your head circumference just above your eyebrows and around the widest part of your head. Refer to the size chart below. If your measurement falls between two sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger size for comfort.

The BEON B707 is equipped with a light anti-scratch mirror main visor and an integrated sun visor. Ensure both visors are clean and free from obstructions before riding.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Chin Bar Mechanism
The unique chin bar of the B707 Stratos can be flipped back 180 degrees, converting the helmet from a full-face to an open-face jet helmet. To operate:
- To open: Locate the release buttons on either side of the chin bar. Press these buttons and lift the chin bar upwards and backwards until it locks into place at the rear of the helmet.
- To close: Press the release buttons again and pull the chin bar forward and downwards until it securely latches into the closed, full-face position. Ensure it is fully locked before riding.

4.2. Integrated Sun Visor
The integrated sun visor can be deployed or retracted using the slider mechanism located on the side of the helmet. Slide it down to use in bright conditions and slide it up when not needed or in low light.
4.3. Ratchet Closure System
The helmet features an easy-to-use ratchet closure system. Insert the tab into the buckle until it clicks securely. To release, pull the red strap or lever to disengage the ratchet mechanism.
5. Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning the Exterior
Clean the helmet shell with a soft cloth, warm water, and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
5.2. Visor Care
Clean visors with warm water and a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the anti-scratch coating. For stubborn dirt, soak a soft cloth in warm water and place it over the visor for a few minutes before gently wiping clean.
5.3. Interior Liner
The anti-bacterial interior lining can be removed for cleaning. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for removal and reinstallation. Hand wash with mild soap and water, then air dry completely before reinserting.
5.4. Storage
Store your helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided helmet bag to protect it from dust and scratches.
6. Troubleshooting
- Visor Fogging: Ensure proper ventilation. If fogging persists, consider anti-fog treatments or inserts.
- Chin Bar Not Latching: Check for any obstructions in the latching mechanism. Ensure both release buttons are fully disengaged when closing.
- Loose Fit: If the helmet feels loose, re-verify your head measurement against the size chart. A loose helmet compromises safety.
- Unusual Noises: Inspect all moving parts, including visors and chin bar, for proper seating and function.
