Installation

This faucet is designed for single-hole installations and includes an optional deck plate for 3-hole 8-inch center installations. Ensure you have the necessary tools: Phillips screwdriver, adjustable wrench, safety glasses, flashlight, towel, and a pot or bucket.

The faucet supports both single-hole and three-hole installations.

Key Installation Steps:

1. Prepare the Faucet: Remove the inner ring from the foam gasket and feed the supply lines through the gasket, sticky side up. Seat the gasket flush on the bottom of the faucet.
2. Mount the Faucet: Feed the supply lines down through the mounting hole in your sink. Ensure the Delta logo is centered. If your sink surface is uneven, apply silicone to the gasket for a watertight seal.
3. Secure Under Sink: From underneath the sink, thread the washer and mounting nut onto the sprayer hose and supply lines. Hand-tighten the mounting nut, then use a Phillips screwdriver to fully tighten the screws, ensuring no hoses are pinched.
4. Connect Supply Lines: Connect the PEX supply lines to your hot and cold water supply valves. Delta uses color-coded lines (blue for cold, red for hot) for easy identification. Ensure connections are hand-tight, then give one more revolution with a wrench.
5. Flush Supply Lines: Before connecting the sprayer hose, ensure the faucet handle is in the off position. Slowly turn on both hot and cold water supplies for about 30 seconds to flush any debris from the lines. Use a bucket to catch water from the outlet tube.
6. Connect Sprayer Hose: Feed the sprayer hose through the middle of the sprayer weight. Push the end of the sprayer hose onto the outlet tube until it clicks. Secure the connection with the blue clip.
