Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, these lights are IP68 waterproof and come with a convenient remote control and timer functions. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure proper operation and longevity of your product.

Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions before installation and use.
• Ensure the power source matches the product's voltage requirements (4.5V AC).
• The rope lights are IP68 waterproof, suitable for outdoor use. However, the remote control is not waterproof; keep it dry.
• Unplug the lights from the power outlet when not in use or before cleaning.
• Do not attempt to repair or modify the product. Contact customer support if issues arise.
• Keep out of reach of small children.

Setup

1. Carefully unpack the rope lights and remote control from the packaging.
2. Before using the remote control, remove the transparent plastic tab from the battery compartment.
3. Plug the AC adapter into a standard power outlet.
4. Position the rope lights as desired. Their flexible design allows for easy shaping around various objects and surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.

Operating Instructions

The Ollny Rope Lights are controlled using the included 32-key IR remote. Ensure the remote is pointed towards the receiver on the plug for optimal functionality.

Remote Control Functions:

• ON/OFF: Power the lights on or off.
• Color Buttons: Select from 18 static colors (e.g., Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange, Pink, Purple, Cyan, etc.).
• W (White): Activates a pure white light.
• AUTO: Cycles through all available modes automatically.
• SPEED +/-: Adjusts the speed of dynamic lighting modes.
• Mode Buttons (8 Modes):
  • FADE: Colors fade in and out smoothly.
  • JUMP: Colors change abruptly.
  • ASYN FADE: Asynchronous fading of colors.
  • ASYN JUMP: Asynchronous abrupt color changes.
  • TWINKLE: Lights twinkle.
  • STROBE: Lights flash rapidly.
  • IN WAVES: Lights illuminate in a wave-like pattern.
  • AUTO: Automatic cycling through all modes.
• Timer Functions (4H, 6H, 8H): Set the lights to automatically turn off after 4, 6, or 8 hours. The built-in memory chip will save the last mode settings.
• TIMER OFF: Deactivates the timer function.

Maintenance

• To clean the rope lights, gently wipe them with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Before storing, ensure the lights are clean and dry. Coil them neatly to prevent tangling and damage.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Regularly inspect the rope lights and power cord for any signs of damage. Discontinue use if any damage is found.

Troubleshooting

• Lights not turning on:
  • Check if the power adapter is securely plugged into a working outlet.
  • Ensure the remote control's transparent tab has been removed and the battery is functional.
• Remote control not responding:
  • Point the remote directly at the IR receiver on the power adapter.
  • Replace the CR2032 battery in the remote control if it is depleted.
• Lights are dim or flickering:
  • Ensure the power connection is stable.
  • Check for any physical damage to the rope light or wiring.
