Setup Guide
Charging the Portable Charger
Before first use, fully charge your SwanScout Portable Watch Charger.
- Connect the provided Type C to Type C charging cable to the USB-C input port on the portable charger.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
- The LED indicators on the charger will illuminate to show the charging status. A full charge is indicated when all four LEDs are solid.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
- Power On: Press the power button once.
- Power Off: Double-click the power button.
Charging Your Apple Watch
- Ensure the portable charger is powered on.
- Adjust the height of the charging pad if necessary. The silicon pad can be slid to accommodate different watch sizes and ensure proper contact. (Refer to the "Adjustable Height Design" section for details).
- Place your Apple Watch onto the magnetic charging pad. Ensure the watch is properly aligned and the charging icon appears on your watch screen.
- The portable charger will begin charging your Apple Watch.
Adjustable Height Design

Troubleshooting
Watch Not Charging
- Ensure the portable charger is powered on (single press the power button).
- Check the battery level of the portable charger. Recharge if necessary.
- Verify that your Apple Watch is correctly placed on the magnetic charging pad and making proper contact. Adjust the height of the silicon pad if needed.
- Remove any thick watch cases that might interfere with the magnetic connection.
Slow Charging
- Ensure the portable charger itself is fully charged.

Intermittent Connection / Disconnection
