2. Setup

2.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the BOBLOV KJ25 Body Camera. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the camera's charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

2.2 Inserting a Micro SD Card

The camera supports external Micro SD cards from 64GB to 512GB. Ensure the camera is powered off before inserting or removing the SD card. Locate the SD card slot, typically protected by a rubber flap, and gently insert the card until it clicks into place.

Note: The camera does not come with an SD card. A high-speed (Class 10 or U3) Micro SD card is recommended for optimal performance.

2.3 Attaching the Camera

Use the provided clips to attach the camera to your clothing or gear. The short 360° back clip is suitable for belt or pocket attachment, while the long 180° shoulder clip is ideal for shoulder or chest mounting, allowing for hands-free operation.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the indicator light turns on and the screen displays the startup interface.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the indicator light turns off and the screen shuts down.

3.2 Video Recording

To start video recording, press the Video Record button. The recording indicator will flash, and the screen will show the recording duration. Press the Video Record button again to stop recording. Videos are saved automatically to the Micro SD card.

3.3 Photo Capture

To take a photo, press the Photo button. The camera will capture a still image and save it to the Micro SD card. The camera supports up to 58 Megapixel photo resolution.

3.4 Night Vision Mode

The BOBLOV KJ25 is equipped with infrared (IR) lights for night vision. To activate night vision, locate the dedicated Night Vision button or access it through the camera's menu settings. When activated, the camera will automatically switch to black and white recording/capture in low-light conditions.

3.5 Playback

To review recorded videos or photos, enter playback mode via the camera's menu. Use the navigation buttons to browse through files. Select a file to play back videos or view photos on the camera's screen. You can also connect the camera to a computer using the USB cable to transfer and view files.

  • Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera body.
