Product Overview

Setup

1. Initial Charging and Preparation

1. Remove Protective Films: Before first use, locate and remove the insulating protective films from the charging points on the earbuds. The earbuds will not charge or power on if these films are not removed.
2. Charge the Case: Place the earbuds back into the charging case. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the case and a power source, or place the case on a Qi-enabled wireless charging pad (not included). Ensure the case is fully charged. The digital LED display on the case will show the battery percentage.
3. Monitor Battery: The external digital LED display on the charging station allows you to easily track the battery level of the case and individual earbuds.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Activate Earbuds: Open the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. Enable Bluetooth: On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to the Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
3. Select "C17": Look for "C17" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
4. Automatic Reconnection: After the first successful connection, the earbuds will automatically connect to your device when you open the case lid.

Comfort and Fit

Charging

Charging the Case:

• USB-C Charging: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the back of the case and to a compatible power adapter.
• Wireless Charging: Place the charging case on a Qi-enabled wireless charging pad (not included). The case will begin charging automatically.
• Battery Display: The digital LED display on the front of the case indicates the current battery level of the case and the charging status of the earbuds.

Charging the Earbuds:

Place the earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED display on the case will show individual earbud charging status.

A single charge provides up to 8 hours of continuous use (at 50%-60% volume). With the fully charged case, total playtime extends to approximately 90 hours.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: If the earbuds cannot be charged, try wiping the charging pins and points with an alcohol cloth to remove any debris or residue.
• Water Resistance: The earbuds have an IPX7 waterproof rating, making them resistant to water splashes and sweat. After using the earphones, please clean and dry them thoroughly before putting them into the charging case.
• Storage: If the charging case is not used for an extended period, charge it at least once every two weeks to maintain battery health. If the case is over-discharged, the percentage display might show "0" even when plugged in; wait 15-30 minutes for the LED display to update.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds Not Pairing or Connecting:

1. Check Protective Films: Ensure the protective films on the earbud charging points have been removed.
2. Reset Earbuds:
   • Delete "C17" from your device's Bluetooth menu and deactivate Bluetooth.
   • Take out both earbuds and quick-click on them 5 times. The earbuds will flash Red & Blue light once, then turn to Red light for 2 seconds, indicating a complete reset.
   • Place both earbuds back into the charging case for 1 minute.
   • Open the lid, activate Bluetooth on your device, search for "C17", and connect.

Charging Case Displaying "0" or Not Charging:

• If the case is over-discharged, the display might show "0" initially. Plug it into a power source and wait 15-30 minutes for the display to update.
• Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected and the power source is active.
