Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble the Main Frame

1. Attach cam dowels and wood dowels to the side panels (B) and bottom panel (C).
2. Connect the side panels (B) to the bottom panel (C) using cam locks.
3. Slide the back panel (D) into the grooves of the assembled frame.
4. Attach the top panel (A) to the assembled frame using cam dowels and cam locks.

Step 2: Install Drawer Slides

Attach the drawer slides (Hardware Item 6) to the inner sides of the dresser frame using the provided screws. Ensure they are level and aligned.

Step 3: Assemble Drawers

Assemble each of the six drawers:

1. Attach drawer side panels (F) and drawer back panel (G) to the drawer front (E) using screws and dowels.
2. Slide the drawer bottom (H) into the grooves.
3. Attach the metal handles (Hardware Item 5) to the drawer fronts (E) using the provided screws.
4. Install the corresponding drawer slide parts to the sides of the assembled drawers.

Step 4: Attach Wooden Legs

Secure the wooden legs (Part I) to the bottom of the dresser frame using the leg mounting plates (Hardware Item 7) and screws. Ensure all five legs are firmly attached.

Step 5: Insert Drawers and Finalize

Carefully slide each assembled drawer into its corresponding slot in the dresser frame. Test each drawer for smooth operation. If an anti-tip kit (Hardware Item 8) is included, follow its specific instructions for wall mounting to enhance stability.

Operating Instructions

To operate the dresser, simply pull the metal handles to open the drawers and push them to close. The smooth sliding rails ensure effortless movement. Avoid forcing drawers if they feel stuck; check for obstructions.

Maintenance

To maintain the appearance and longevity of your Aiho dresser:
