Introduction
This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and effective use of your TBTEEK Butane Torch T907. Please read all instructions carefully before operation and retain this manual for future reference.
Safety Information
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Use only butane gas with a long nozzle. Do NOT use propane gas.
- Do not touch the flame nozzle while in use or immediately after use, as it will be hot. Allow the torch to cool naturally.
- Do not immerse heated parts in water to cool down.
- Ensure adequate ventilation when using the torch.
- Store the gas regulator torch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Avoid repetitive release and re-insertion of butane during filling to prevent overpressure.
Setup
1. Gas Filling
The butane torch is shipped without gas for safety reasons. You must fill it with butane gas before first use. Choose the right butane can with a long nozzle.
- In a hazard-free environment, press the ignition button multiple times to purge excess air from the torch.
- Hold the torch upside down.
- Insert the butane can's nozzle firmly into the torch's refill valve. Apply firm and consistent pressure for 3-5 seconds. You will hear a sizzling sound as the torch fills up. The gas gauge will indicate the fuel level.
- Repeat this process until the gas gauge reaches 'MAX' or until butane starts to escape from the refill valve, indicating it is full.
- Turn the torch back upright and allow it to sit for 10 minutes before using to stabilize the butane gas.
Note: If you encounter a problem similar to the image on the right (gas leakage during filling), it indicates high gas pressure in the torch. Use the red inflation tool (included) to release gas from the torch. Then fill it with a small amount of gas and let it stand for 10 minutes before using it.

Operating Instructions
1. Ignition
- Ensure the safety lock is disengaged (if applicable).
- Press the ignition button (trigger) to ignite the flame. Keep the flame regulator at a medium level to start.

2. Flame Adjustment
The torch features a gas flow regulator to adjust the flame intensity.
- Slide the flame adjuster lever to the right (+) to increase the flame size.
- Slide the flame adjuster lever to the left (-) to decrease the flame size.

3. Continuous Flame Mode
To activate the continuous flame mode:
- Press the ignition button to light the flame.
- While holding the ignition button, press the continuous flame lock button (usually located on the side or back of the torch).
- Release the ignition button. The flame will remain active.
To turn off the continuous flame, simply press the ignition button again.

4. Safety Lock
For safe storage, rotate the ignition button to the "CLOSE" position to lock the flame in place and prevent accidental ignition.

Maintenance
- Keep the torch clean and free from debris.
- Regularly check the fuel gauge to monitor butane levels.
- Store the torch in a cool, dry place when not in use, with the safety lock engaged.
Troubleshooting
Torch Not Igniting
- No Gas: Check the fuel gauge. If empty, refill the torch with butane gas.
- Air in Tank: If recently refilled, there might be air trapped. Purge the air by pressing the refill valve with a small tool until gas escapes, then try igniting again.
- Flame Regulator Setting: Ensure the flame regulator is not set to the lowest (off) position.
Irregular Flame
- Low Fuel: Refill the torch.
- Air in Tank: Purge air as described above.
- Contaminants: Ensure you are using high-quality, clean butane gas.
