4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your LDLrui Wireless HDMI system:

  1. Step 1: Install Receiver (RX)
Connect the HDMI Receiver (RX) to the HDMI input port of your display device (TV, monitor, or projector). Power the receiver by connecting one of the provided USB charging cables to its USB port and a 5V2A USB power source (e.g., a USB port on your display, a USB charger, or a power bank).
  2. Step 2: Install Transmitter (TX)
Connect the HDMI Transmitter (TX) to the HDMI output port of your source device (laptop, PC, camera, TV box). Power the transmitter by connecting the second USB charging cable to its USB port and a 5V2A USB power source.
  3. Step 3: Status Display and Connection
After connecting and powering both units, the LED indicator lights on both the TX and RX units will flash. The connection process typically completes within 3-10 seconds, and the LED indicators will become solid once a stable connection is established.

Important Note: Both the transmitter and receiver units require external power via the provided USB cables to function correctly. Ensure both units are connected to a stable 5V2A power source.

6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your LDLrui Wireless HDMI system, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the units. Avoid using liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the devices in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
  • Heat Dissipation: The units are designed with multiple heat dissipation holes to prevent overheating during prolonged operation. Ensure these vents are not obstructed to maintain performance and extend product lifespan.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your LDLrui Wireless HDMI system, refer to the following troubleshooting tips:

  • No Signal/No Display:
    • Ensure both the Transmitter (TX) and Receiver (RX) units are properly connected to their respective HDMI ports.
    • Verify that both units are receiving adequate power from a 5V2A USB power source. The LED indicators should be solid, not flashing.
    • Check the input source selection on your display device to ensure it is set to the correct HDMI input port where the RX unit is connected.
    • Try restarting both the source device and the display device.
  • Intermittent Connection/Signal Drop:
    • Ensure there are no significant obstructions (e.g., thick walls, large metal objects) between the TX and RX units that could interfere with the wireless signal.
    • Reduce the distance between the TX and RX units. The maximum effective range is 98 feet (30 meters) in an open environment.
    • Minimize other wireless interference from devices operating on 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequencies.
    • Confirm both units are receiving stable power.
  • Poor Video Quality/Lag:
    • Ensure your source device is outputting a compatible resolution (up to 1080p). While the system supports 4K decoding, the output resolution is 1080p.
    • Check for environmental interference as mentioned above.
    • Verify that the HDMI cables and adapters used are in good condition.
