4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the tea infuser, tea pot, and Turkish coffee pot with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the main unit and power base with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the power base on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from edges and heat sources.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Tea Preparation
- Fill the main unit's water reservoir with fresh water up to the desired level.
- Place your preferred tea leaves into the tea infuser and insert it into the main unit.
- Place the tea pot onto the power base.
- Use the touch panel to select the desired water temperature. The machine offers 100°C (boiling), 80°C, and 40°C options for different tea types.
- The machine will automatically heat the water and brew the tea. You may receive voice notifications during the process.

5.2. Turkish Coffee Preparation
- Add water and finely ground Turkish coffee to the Turkish coffee pot. For best results, follow traditional Turkish coffee ratios (e.g., one full teaspoon of coffee per demitasse cup). The pot has a 6-cup capacity.
- Place the Turkish coffee pot onto the power base.
- Select the Turkish coffee brewing function from the touch panel.
- The machine will begin brewing. It features an overflow prevention sensitive sensor to ensure perfect foam and prevent spillage.
- Once brewing is complete, the machine will notify you. Carefully remove the pot and serve.

5.3. Wi-Fi and Smart Control
The Homend Smart Royaltea Plus 1781H can be controlled remotely via the Homend Smart application.
- Download the Homend Smart app from your device's app store.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect your machine to your home Wi-Fi network.
- Once connected, you can remotely start brewing, adjust settings, and monitor the status of your tea or coffee preparation.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your appliance.
- Always unplug the machine and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the main unit and power base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
- Tea Pot and Infuser: Wash with warm soapy water after each use. Rinse thoroughly.
- Turkish Coffee Pot: Wash with warm soapy water after each use. Ensure no coffee residue remains.
- Descaling: Depending on water hardness, descale the appliance every 1-3 months. Use a descaling solution suitable for coffee/tea makers, following the product's instructions.
