5. Setup
Before operating the pressure washer, ensure proper setup to prevent damage and ensure safe use.
- Water Supply Connection:
- Connect a standard garden hose (not supplied) to the water inlet connector on the pressure washer.
- Connect the other end of the garden hose to a water tap.
- Turn on the water tap completely to ensure a steady water flow to the pressure washer.
- Important: Do not run the pressure washer without a water supply, as this can damage the pump.
- Purge Air from System:
- With the water supply on and the pressure washer still OFF, squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to release air from the system.
- Hold the trigger until a steady stream of water flows from the nozzle, indicating all air has been purged.
- Electrical Connection:
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet meets the power requirements specified on the product label.
- Avoid using extension cords if possible. If an extension cord is necessary, ensure it is rated for outdoor use and has the appropriate gauge for the power draw.
6. Operating Instructions
Once assembled and set up, you can begin using your pressure washer.
General Operation
- Start the Pressure Washer: Turn the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. The motor will start.
- Engage Spray Gun: Point the spray gun at the surface to be cleaned, keeping a safe distance. Squeeze the trigger to start the high-pressure water flow.
- Adjust Nozzle (Multi-purpose): If using the multi-purpose nozzle, twist the nozzle head to adjust the spray pattern from a wide fan to a concentrated jet.
- Use Turbo Nozzle: For tough dirt and grime, attach the turbo nozzle. This nozzle provides a rotating jet for increased cleaning power.
- Stop Operation: Release the trigger to stop the water flow. The motor may continue to run for a short period before shutting off automatically (Total Stop System). To completely turn off the unit, switch the ON/OFF switch to "OFF".

Using the Foam Dispensing Kit
- Fill Detergent Tank: Unscrew the foam dispenser bottle and fill it with a suitable high-foam pressure washer detergent. Do not overfill.
- Attach Foam Dispenser: Securely attach the foam dispenser bottle to the spray gun lance, replacing the standard nozzle.
- Apply Foam: Turn on the pressure washer and squeeze the trigger. The unit will draw detergent from the bottle and mix it with water to create foam. Apply the foam evenly to the surface.
- Rinse: After allowing the detergent to work (refer to detergent instructions), remove the foam dispenser and re-attach a rinsing nozzle (e.g., multi-purpose nozzle set to wide spray) to rinse the surface thoroughly.

7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your pressure washer. Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance.
After Each Use
- Flush Detergent System: If using the foam dispenser, flush it with clean water to prevent clogging.
- Drain Water: Turn off the water supply and disconnect the garden hose. Turn on the pressure washer for a few seconds and squeeze the trigger to release any remaining pressure and water from the pump and hose.
- Clean Nozzles: Remove any debris from the nozzle openings using a small pin or the provided nozzle cleaning tool.
- Wipe Down: Wipe the exterior of the pressure washer with a damp cloth to remove dirt and grime.
Storage
- Coil Hoses and Cord: Use the integrated hose reel to neatly store the high-pressure hose. Coil the power cord.
- Store Accessories: Store nozzles, spray gun, and foam dispenser in their designated holders on the unit or in a safe place.
- Protect from Freezing: If storing in an area where temperatures may drop below freezing, drain all water from the pump and hoses to prevent damage. Consider using a pump protector/antifreeze solution.
- Store in a Dry Place: Keep the pressure washer in a clean, dry, and protected area.
