Assembly and Initial Setup
Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Check for any damage during transit. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
Assembly Steps
- Place the fan base on a flat, stable surface.
- Securely attach the main fan body to the base, ensuring it clicks into place or is fastened according to the specific model's design.
- Attach the fan head assembly to the top of the main body, aligning the misting tube and electrical connections.
- Ensure all connections are firm and secure before proceeding.
Water Tank Filling
- Locate the water tank on the fan unit.

Control Panel and Remote
Your Bennett Read Misting Fan can be operated using the intuitive LED control panel on the unit or the included remote control.

Power On/Off
- Plug the fan into a suitable power outlet.
- Press the 'ON/SPEED' button on the control panel or remote to turn the fan on.
- Press the 'OFF' button to turn the fan off.
Speed Settings
- While the fan is on, press the 'ON/SPEED' button repeatedly to cycle through the 3 available fan speeds (Low, Medium, High). The LED indicators will show the current speed.
Mode Selection
- Press the 'MODE' button to select from the 3 available modes (Normal, Natural, Sleep).
- Normal Mode: Constant airflow at the selected speed.
- Natural Mode: Simulates natural breeze by varying fan speed.
- Sleep Mode: Operates at a lower, quieter speed for comfortable sleep.
Misting Function
- Ensure the water tank is filled with distilled water.
- Press the 'MISTING' button to activate the misting function.
- Press the 'MISTING' button again to turn it off.
Swing and Tilt
- Press the 'SWING' button to activate the oscillation (swing) function, allowing the fan head to move from side to side for wider coverage. Press again to stop oscillation.
- Manually adjust the tilt of the fan head up or down to direct airflow as desired.
Timer Function
- Press the 'TIMER' button (on remote) or cycle through timer options on the control panel to set the fan to automatically turn off after a specified period (e.g., 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H).
- The corresponding LED indicator will illuminate to show the selected timer duration.
Care and Cleaning

General Cleaning
