Safety Information

- Low Voltage Operation: The included transformer reduces the power supply from 110V to a safe 12V for underwater use. Do not bypass or modify the transformer.
- Professional Installation: Installation requires the use of professional underwater adhesive. Ensure the adhesive is suitable for your pool surface and applied correctly to prevent the light from detaching.
- Power Source: Connect the light only to a properly grounded outlet protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).

Setup and Installation
The Fitop LED Pool Light offers two primary installation methods: adhesive mounting or screw mounting for enhanced stability.
Method 1: Adhesive Mounting (Recommended for ease of installation)
- Prepare Surface: Clean and dry the desired installation area on your pool wall. Ensure it is free of debris, algae, or oils.
- Apply Adhesive: Apply a sufficient amount of professional underwater adhesive to the back of the mounting base.
- Attach Mounting Base: Firmly press the mounting base onto the cleaned pool surface. Hold in place for a few moments to ensure initial adhesion. Allow the adhesive to cure completely according to the adhesive manufacturer's instructions before proceeding.
- Insert Light: Once the mounting base is securely attached, insert the Fitop LED Pool Light unit into the fixed stubble of the base.
- Secure Lanyard: Attach the wire lanyard to the light unit and a secure point to provide an additional safety measure, preventing the light from sinking if it detaches.
Method 2: Screw Mounting (For increased stability)
- Prepare Surface: Clean and dry the desired installation area on your pool wall.
- Mark Drill Points: Place the mounting base on the desired location and mark the screw holes.
- Drill Holes: Carefully drill pilot holes at the marked points, ensuring not to damage the pool liner or structure.
- Secure Mounting Base: Attach the mounting base to the pool wall using appropriate screws for underwater use. Apply professional underwater adhesive around the screw heads and base edges for a watertight seal.
- Insert Light: Once the mounting base is securely attached, insert the Fitop LED Pool Light unit into the fixed stubble of the base.
- Secure Lanyard: Attach the wire lanyard to the light unit and a secure point.
Power Connection
- Connect Transformer: Plug the 12V power adapter/transformer into a standard 110V GFCI-protected electrical outlet.
- Route Cord: Carefully route the 32ft cord from the light to the transformer, ensuring it is not kinked or damaged.
- Verify Connection: Ensure all connections are secure before submerging the light.
