Setup

Using the Tachymeter

The tachymeter scale on the outer rim of the dial is used to measure speed over a known distance (e.g., 1 kilometer or 1 mile). To use it:

1. Start the chronograph (upper pusher A) at the beginning of the measured distance.
2. Stop the chronograph (upper pusher A) when the distance is completed.
3. The chronograph second hand will point to a number on the tachymeter scale, indicating the average speed in units per hour.
