Setup Guide
- Charging the Grinder: Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the grinder and a suitable USB power source (adapter not included). A full charge takes approximately 1 hour.
- Refilling with Spice: Unscrew the bottom clear container from the main body of the grinder. Fill the container with your desired spice (salt, pepper, etc.). The 2.3-inch extra-large jug opening makes refilling easy.
- Adjusting Coarseness: Locate the ceramic grinder knob at the top of the grinder. Turn the knob to adjust the coarseness of the grind to your preference, from fine to coarse.
- Initial Use: Ensure the safety switch is in the unlocked position. Tilt the grinder more than 90 degrees to activate the automatic grinding function.

Operating Instructions
The Sangcon Gravity Electric Grinder is designed for intuitive operation. Once filled and charged, simply tilt the grinder to an angle greater than 90 degrees. The internal gravity sensor will detect the change in orientation and automatically activate the grinding mechanism and the LED light.
To stop grinding, return the grinder to an upright position (less than 0 degrees tilt). The safety switch ensures that the grinder only operates when intentionally tilted, preventing accidental activation.
Adjust the grinding coarseness by rotating the knob located at the top of the grinder. Turn it clockwise for a finer grind and counter-clockwise for a coarser grind, allowing you to achieve the perfect texture for your culinary needs.

Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Sangcon grinder. The design allows for easy disassembly of the bottle from the motor and spout, making it simple to clean.
Cleaning Instructions:
- Ensure the grinder is turned off and unplugged from any charging source.
- Carefully unscrew the clear spice container from the main body.
- Empty any remaining spices from the container.
- Wash the clear container with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before reassembling.
- Wipe the exterior of the main body (motor and spout section) with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the main body in water.
- Once all parts are dry, reassemble the grinder by screwing the container back onto the main body.

Troubleshooting
Grinder Not Working / Ceramic Grinding Core Stuck:
If your pepper mill grinder does not operate upon arrival or stops working, it is often due to the ceramic grinding core being stuck with granules. To resolve this:
- Turn the top adjustment knob to set the coarseness to the coarsest state.
- This action should dislodge any blocked particles within the ceramic grinding core.
- The grinder should then function normally.
